This shop has got things figured out. Customer service was on point and turnaround time was better by 4 days from everywhere else. Keep up the great work.
I had a very disappointing experience with this tire shop. The prices they advertise on their website are not the same as what they charge in person. When I arrived, I was told that the tires I had chosen online were not in stock, even though the website showed them as available. Instead, they tried to sell me different tires that were much more expensive. It feels misleading to advertise one thing online and then push a different product once customers arrive.
