Tire Terminal I got my all-seasons replaced last week by Tire Terminal. The work was quick and relatively inexpensive, all things considered. The reps whom I spoke with over the phone were very good and seemed knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the person who installed the tires was too lazy to fully remove all the stickers from them… also left a glob of lube on one of my rims (I had wiped them all down by hand before my appointment, as these rims were loose and in the back of my SUV). Amazing service all around! Spent about 15 minutes on the phone with Anissa. Told her I needed tires TODAY just a few hours before the store closed. She went through the inventory and told me what was possible to get brought in, and found the perfect tire for the exact spec and type I wanted. She was super patient on the phone letting me communicate to a friend and waiting on the line for us to do that. Arrived at the store which was spacious, clean, and had a nice waiting room. I had a bit of an unusual experience, and I came away very impressed with how the team handled it. I originally brought my car in for a tire repair, and during a second repair attempt they mistakenly damaged beyond repair. Rather than making excuses, they were upfront about what happened, took responsibility, and replaced the tire at no cost.
