"Do not trust their communication. I called ahead for a very specific tire—a Cosmo tire in my exact size—for my Subaru. Because Subarus require matching tires on all four wheels to prevent drivetrain damage, I asked the employee TWICE to confirm they had it in stock and that it would be $150. He assured me they did.After they installed the tire and took my money, I checked the wheel and discovered they put on a completely different, mismatched brand. Well they did get a 5 star, then I found missing lug nut and a stud they boogered up. After I found a lug nut and re threaded it, I found that most of my lug nuts were stripped out. Will not return here.
Thank you doesn't seem like enough! We were in and out within 15-25 mins. Very friendly and willing to help without taking you for all you have. I am very appreciative for our stop in.
I came in on a Sunday around 1 PM needing four boat trailer tires replaced. Keep in mind, it was a Sunday and every other tire shop was closed. I was greeted right away and received excellent customer service from the start. The young technician working removed the old tires, installed the new ones, and had all four tires done in under 25 minutes. I was honestly amazed at how fast and efficient he was.
