The Brake Shop employees are dishonest and tried to scam me on the price by changing the quote/price three times! I received a quote by phone from an employee for a service. So I came in made sure I spoke with the same person that gave me the quote by phone, verified the price I was quoted and left my car for the service. I absolutely love this place I always recommend "The tire store " to anyone I come across with a flat or bald tires . Staff is quick and knowledgeable.
Over the many decades I’ve lived in the AV I’ve always used the Lancaster Tire Store for any of my suspension work on the various vehicles I’ve owned. Most recently I had a steering stabilizer upgrade for our new Jeep, in and out like always and I even questioned the price for labor, unbelievably low. Knowledgeable, reliable great service, great prices and never had to return with a complaint.
