Went for a wheel alignment and was informed that the tire store fail to put weights on my rim for balancing
After doing business with this establishment for decades, my wife called one week in advance to inquire about having her shocks and struts replaced on her Dodge Journey...she was told to be there at 8 AM on the following Saturday morning. She drove for an hour to be there before 8, just to be told that they were short-handed, and would not have time to work on her car for that day! Really??? WOW! I suppose that if their management is this incompetent, it is a blessing that they are NOT working on my wife's car!
I had a really good experience both times that I have came here. The employees are friendly and they have affordable prices for the alignment front wheels or all four tires. I also brought my friend to try it out and she had a pleasant experience as well. I admit sometimes they do have a long wait because they get busy but I think that's normal with any business that does a good job. I feel it was worth the wait and I appreciate the help I got with my alignment and for my friend as well. Thank you so much!
Needed tires for my truck paid fo new one's. fast service, yet. later found depressions in sidewalls indicating this place sold me blemished/ structurally defective tires. Unhappy they hidden this condition of the new tires that are defective. may have to replace all four again for safety concerns.
