great service i never had to worry about the service they were the only one that fixed my problems so 5 stars for me
This place is no more than a con set up played for new tires and rims sold me used shut bent rims and wore out tires
worst experience for me. first they let me pay for inspection and then asked me to go to Toyota dealer to know what is the problem. the second inspection they recommended replacing the rear drums and brake shoes because they are very bad, but when I bought the parts to replace them in the shoppe I found the old shoe is thick like new exactly and the drums are good from inside then the mechanic says 'replace them it is saver' well anything new is better but if the old one is like new and doesn't created problems for me why I ... read more
I brought in a 275/25/24 with only 600 miles on it to be patched(got a nail). So they patch it and put it on and I drive it 10 miles home with no trouble. The next morning the tire is 100% flat. I take it back and they REFUSE to do anything, they said I caused the new magical leak, the manager is so stuck without words that he finally just says "I'm not going to argue"(aka he couldn't explain it because it was their fault) and literally walked away leaving me just standing there. Made an appt for an oil change...was told they would have me in and out within 30 minutes and it took over an hour. The mechanic made a huge stripe with a sharpie on the interior of my car (on the door of a brand new car) didn't realize it till after I left so I called and they said they would try to clean it. I had to sit outside the whole time bc the indoor waiting area was full. I don't plan on going back here. :/

My experience was good. They got my tire in (rare tire) the same day and had it on that day.
The woman manager at the South University location is rude!!!!! I purchased brand new rims and tires and it took them 5 times to get it fixed. I will never take my car here again and I am going to make sure I let all of my friends know about their terrible customer service.
