Came in for an alignment on an old beater after I replaced the whole front & rear suspension. I was thinking it was best to do the alignment first since the car had a lot of issues before I fixed it, and I knew the camber was way off but wasn't sure if the subframe bushings needing replaced as well. It needed 1 new tire in order to do the alignment, but he came back offered 4 used, but basically brand new tires for a good price and reassured they could do the alignment. I see a lot of y’all’s reviews and a lot of them were 5 ’s ,but what I experienced was a 1star .First of all you suppose to greet your customers but I spoke first,and after that the circus starts with the rude,loud,unprofessional,foul mouth woman talking about other people’s business in the office,and also the way she slams the office door every time she comes in and goes back out(no one else did that)she wasn’t professional at all.i don’t even think any of them knows professionalism Guess what I want be going back at al... read more
