I generally avoid leaving a bad review, but there are occasions where I think they are warranted, and this will be one of those. While looking for a local "mom & pop" tire shop to rotate my tires, I came across The Tire Shop. I called a day ahead to schedule an appointment and disclosed that the vehicle was a Tesla. I only pointed that out as I have had shops in the past decline to service them for one reason or another. The owner indicated that it wouldn't be a problem at all. This place is amazing! So kind and so helpful! They did such an amazing job with my tire and did not try to get me to pay extra for anything like other places do. Just did what was needed. Excellent customer service. Earned a lifetime customer!
Extremely nice and efficient "mom and pop shop". I have purchased a few sets of tires from them for multiple vehicles and they have always had great prices and awesome service.
