Bought new set of tires for my truck at great price but tires were defective. Had balanced 3 times at different places. Contacted the tire reserve to try to get this resolved. There only solution was for them to put someone else’s wore out tires on my truck and wait up to a month for Hankook to evaluate the tires. Decided to buy other tires at a more reputable place. They will never see me again!
I called 16 different tire shops from Gray to Greenville and Tire Reserve was BY FAR THE CHEAPEST place to get tires. The guys were very helpful and super nice. Me and my 4 kids were able to stay in our car while they changed out all 4 of our tires. The job was completed from pull up to replacement to payment to pull out in under 25 minutes. Y'all did such an awesome job!! When this tread eventually wears out, I'll be back to see you. Thanks, again!!
the tire reserve helped me get my tires i had bought elsewhere put on my truck for a price that was more than fair...balanced them well and just did a fantastic job all around

I took of one of my front wheels to check the brakes, and I tightened the wheel back up with lug wrench. Took the vehicle to Tire Reserve and bought 4 tires , even told them not to tighten the lug nuts to tight because I had to change the brakes, next day went to change brakes and all lugs way overtightened, and one broke off, and they’re not easy to change!!!
as long as Byron marshall work there than there will never be noting to it if any one no him or his daddy Ken marshall that own pack man in Bristol and sells pills at his business and all kind of dirty stuff pack man need to be closed down and Byron is just as dirty the one that actually on tire reaver Landon he is cool as hell o

I've got 2 set of tires from them now and very easy to work with and the best prices in town! was in and out in 20mins awesome job guys!
