We purchased a set of $ 1200 Michelin's from them approximately 4 years ago and have had nothing but ongoing problems with the tires, and valve stems leaking, and tire pressure sensors not working. We feel these problems were never clearly addressed, discussed or fixed properly under warranty. This 4 year saga has cost us significantly both in time and money. I got a pretty nasty nail in my tire & it was completely flat sitting outside of my apartment. I was calling around trying to find a replacement tire & got turned away at every place until I called Cody here at Tire Garage. :) He personally came to my apartment and filled my tire with an air tank (free of charge might I add) and then followed me all the way to their shop & had my tire patched up & ready to go in under 20 minutes.
