TLDR: They use the wrong parts, I had to replace myself. Offered me a refund they never gave after having me mail back the parts.I brought my 87 honda accord dx to the shop to have some minor damage repaired on my drivers side front tire.They needed to replace, a control arm, spindle, strut, coil spring and lower suspension control arm.I provided all parts except the spindle. These guys are great at selling tires HOWEVER service after the sale is horrible. My third time getting air added to a tire and the sales rep was arrogant, rude and assumed that I should be the tire expert! I would shop where both before the sale and after the sale service is professional and courteous; especially if you are a woman.

Clean store. I came in because I saw they have a promo for BFGoodrich tires ($70 rebate). Their prices are very reasonable, and with the rebate on top of it, it's very affordable.
I had the best experience today at the American Tire Depot in Culver City. Already when I called around Noon today Sunday 1.18.15 the new manager Diego there sounded on the ball and very professional on the phone he immediately answered my questions and proposed a plan of action to find out what I needed with my tire, then set me up for an appointment within the next hour. i've been getting tires for ever from there... but after the new management took over every thing changed for better experienced people and a manger that understands what you want ... now there is a place to sit inside . everything is clean .. and if you want a tire just ask for Alex he will take care of you
On 8/12/13, I took my car to American Tire Depot to have 4 new tires installed. Julio (the store manager) upsold me on a whole alignment for my vehicle. As soon as I left ATD, I noticed that my car was bouncing more than before. I immediately thought it was because of the new tires. And then I went over a speed bump and I knew right away that my struts were all of a sudden bad. The problem was NOT there before I took my car into ATD! Julio denied any wrong doing.
