Customer This company is more of a hustle. I went there today and was charged $47 for an oil change which was suppose to be $27. After confronting the workers, the owner came and he was even more unprofessional. He stated that i received a full service; however they had not vacuumed my car, check the tire pressure or capped the fluids. I took my SUV to another company after I left there. Quality service & support My family & I have done business with Tire Depot for several years now & have had recent work done there. We have received courteous, professional service. All work has been done in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly & willing to go out of their way to be helpful. The service & staff here surpass that of similar businesses in the surrounding area. I would & have recommend this establishment to family & friends!
Bad Job Tire Depot what a joke. My wife went and had the oil changed there and during which they check the gear oil the rear end of my truck. They left the plug out and I am now sitting in Texas with a truck with a ruined rear end trying to get it fixed. Will never do buisness with them again. Not to mention that this has ruined my vacation. Tire Depot does not do a good job and there people spend more time on cell phones than they do paying attention to their job.
Davis Tire and Auto Center I recently had the unfortunate luck of having three flat tires in a three month time period. The last time, I decided to try Davis Tire and Auto in Byram. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I did not have to wait long. They have reasonable prices, and they are close by. No complaints here.
Small Town Service I have had positive experiences with Davis. All of the employees are nice and willing to help. Their prices are somewhat reasonable. Servicemen are honest about jobs that may be too large for them. Honesty builds trust and I trust Davis with my automobile. However, they often appear to busy too handle the load of customer. This may scare potential customers off.
