Unwilling to work or put forth any effort to assist. Frustrating waste of time. If you have tires that need to be repaired or replaced, that are on a truck or van, go somewhere else.
Unexpected flat tires are a bummer but having been a 10 year customer of this location buying tires, brakes, AC system repairs and oil changes for my family I trusted and expected honest service again. I was wrong and feel taken advantage of. I never received a quote in writing or signed anything prior to or after the service, just a verbal, here is how much with discounts, which I agreed to as they were the lowest price for in-stock tires.
