Got no service at auto zone for a battery replacement but tire choice was more the willing to help us out thank you
I called this location today because my step daughter was broken down in the same parking lot as Tire Choice and asked if they could WALK over to her car, jump it, and bring it to replace the battery. They sure did that, then charged her $315.77 for A ROADSIDE ASSIST!!!!! Absolutely disgusting as they took advantage of a 20 year old girl. I PROMISE everyone will hear this story and no one in my world will EVER give this company business again. I’m horrified. I can’t believe what’s happening to this world.
I pulled in Tire Choice with my 5th wheel and the tires were ready as well as the technicians. They did a really good job making sure that everybody was done correctly with safety. Everybody was very motivated and in good spirits. The manager Jesus was very motivated and they got on it quick. The technicians Romaine and Vladimir were very help and making me comfortable on how they jacked it up to change tires.
Great service and explanations of what needed to be done. Treated fairly and with respect. Even took pictures of my worn tires to confirm with family.
