Longtime regular customer. I've always been impressed with the service here, until my most recent experience. I brought my vehicle in on Wednesday morning just before 8 am and the door was open but there was no one to be found. After about 5 minutes, someone finally came to the desk. Two African American guys had no clue about vehicles said his “master mechanic” couldn’t align a truck saying the adjustment was on top and believe it or not it’s on the lower control arm. This place is sad use to be a good place to go to now it’s ran to the ground!!!
Worst experience and management I have ever seen! Appointment at 1 was told it would be 30 - 45 minutes, 5 hours later they raised the price because of their own screw up. The manager (Brandon) was a complete unprofessional jerk. Brand new vehicle sat in their shop with the back door open the entire time, now smelled like a mechanic shop inside , dirty handprints all over my truck and steering wheel. This location is poorly ran, they don’t know what they’re doing. They tell you they’ll call you in five minutes two hours or whatever and never call. I had a diagnostics test done there, they didn’t seem like they could get the work done in a timely manner, which was probably just a few filter. I asked them for a copy of my diagnostics test since I paid over $120 for it they said they would email it to me and I finally got an email from them and it only had a receipt no diagnostics test. Went over to check if they could patch a tire, granted with it it depends where the damage is located on the wheel. But the manager wasn't even helping us and was rude to a guest next to us. They were having a discussion as the customer stated they kept the tire he had on his spare, which they ended up returning after a couple of minutes of going back and forth, and we thought, well maybe it's just his day.
