I lined up a set of new tires i wanted to purchase on line the evening before instillation. When i showed up they sold me on a more expensive set. It took a while to install them while I waited. When they were finished i drove 25 miles on I-75 to work. The car shook so i figured they did not balance the new tires. I returned that evening and asked them to balance them. The location was a bit tricky to find. I would suggest better signage directing customers. The experience was a pleasant one. Jesus was so nice, polite, professional, efficient with a welcoming smile. Had a little interaction with a couple of other employees & they were pleasant & helpful.
Nail in tire, I’m a long ways from home. They took it in immediately and fixed nail issue. Had me out fast. Shout out to Rod, you r the man!!!!
