This location is poorly ran, they don’t know what they’re doing. They tell you they’ll call you in five minutes two hours or whatever and never call. I had a diagnostics test done there, they didn’t seem like they could get the work done in a timely manner, which was probably just a few filter. I asked them for a copy of my diagnostics test since I paid over $120 for it they said they would email it to me and I finally got an email from them and it only had a receipt no diagnostics test. Went over to check if they could patch a tire, granted with it it depends where the damage is located on the wheel. But the manager wasn't even helping us and was rude to a guest next to us. They were having a discussion as the customer stated they kept the tire he had on his spare, which they ended up returning after a couple of minutes of going back and forth, and we thought, well maybe it's just his day. The attention in terrible, The attitude is unpleasant, rude and really customers feel they are ostile.
Made an appointment for an oil change online at 11 AM at Tire Choice Corkscrew Rd. next to Rib Cuty and another customer had the same appointment to install 4 tires. They took her first because she arrived before I did. I was told to come back at 1:00 PM as there were only two mechanics and one was already servicing another vehicle. This is completely unacceptable. Why were we given the same appointment time when they could not handle it?
Took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Was not offered partial payment or payment plan for new brakes recommendation. Tried to upload invoice for advertised partial money back; website claimed I was approved for money back, but after supplying an email address to help complete it, no emails were received even after multiple attempts and therefore could not complete the process. Would not recommend!
