AMAZING customer service and super friendly workers. They were able to get me in and out with a tire patch last minute, so thankful for these guys! We have been using them for years and they always come through.
They are incompetent and should have atleast 1 real mechanic not JUST service techs. They had my vehicle for Alamo a week. ordered wrong parts. They were supposed to change a purge valve and didn't I have the video proof that I changed part myself that fixed my check engine light problem.
I've been using this chain and their sister shop, Monro, for over 20 years. Great service, always thorough, appreciate the drive card financing options.
