Took some time but overall for the price was worth it for my oil change they cooperated with me and broke down the services they provided with pictures as well
Had an “appointment” at 9am for myself and my husband for an oil change. We sat and waited, mine took 2 hours and his took almost FOUR hours for a simple, scheduled oil change. They didn’t even top off his windshield fluid and, for me, didn’t mention that I needed new windshield wipers, cabin filter, or brake light. Not so sure they even bother with the “21 point inspection”. Absolutely will never go back here, the new management has driven this location into the ground. Jose was incredibly helpful and thorough. I felt like my car was well taken care of, and I left feeling like I got the best service.
I want to start off by saying this shop is run by honest and reliable people. I came in thinking I needed to replace the tire but Jose quickly recommended a patch instead as a more cost effective option. Then, while the other gentlemen Brandon worked on our tire, Jose took my son back with safety gear to show him how things in the shop work.
