Tire problem on a holiday, and the friendly man was able to help me out with good advice although they didn't have my specialty tire in stock.
This business is exceptional. I have always had a good experience but a couple weeks ago I went in for a tire to be patched—I had picked up a nail. They finished in about 15 minutes and when I asked how much I owed, the gentleman said no charge! This is how customers know that they are valued!
