My battery was dead and disconnected across the street. One of the employees came to my car across the street, jumped it so I could drive it to the shop, and had my battery replaced and tires filled in 20 minutes. All with no extra fees or hassle for going above and beyond. The staff was very kind and incredibly helpful, as well as very straightforward about my costs.
