Called to ask a simple question before booking — whether they could even do wheels/alignment on my truck. The rep kept cutting me off and pushing me straight into scheduling an appointment without answering the question. I finally said "go ahead, finish talking so I can ask my question," and she just went silent instead of answering. Why would I set an appointment if I don't even know if they can service my vehicle? Never got a straight answer. Poor phone service, no interest in actually helping the customer.
I have been using tire choice for about 10 + years and what overwhelmingly impressed me was the manager that I met that worked at the South Tampa store on South Dale Mabry in Tampa. His name which Chuck. I continued having Chuck my help me with my repairs over the past 10 years even when he moved to different stores in Clearwater and other locations.
