Over 2 hours waiting for an oil change with an appointment taking in another car before mine. Unacceptable customers time is valuable and nobody wants to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. They need to honor their appointments.
Jared is super helpful. He worked with his mechanics to combine and front load two different service requests on two different dates into one visit, saving me a lot of time and delivering my car two days ahead of time.
⭐ 1 Star – I will be returning, and I expect this to be fixed. I brought my car to Tire Choice Auto Service on Friday, June 13th for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was in perfect working condition at drop-off—no warning lights, no leaks, and no tire issues. Within 24 hours, my brake lines were compromised, my dashboard lit up with hazard warnings, and the back left tire was visibly deflated. My vehicle is now undriveable and unsafe to operate. I came in for a simple oil change at 12:00 PM, and it’s now 6:15 PM — I’ve been waiting for over 5 hours and my car still hasn’t been serviced. This is completely unacceptable for something that usually takes 30 minutes. There was no clear communication or updates from the staff. I understand shops can get busy, but this level of delay without explanation or consideration for customers’ time is extremely disappointing.
My boyfriend and I have both taken our cars here since we’ve lived in Temple Terrace (going on for 4 years now). We are moving to Riverview but I just wanted to give them a shoutout and say thank you for all their hard work over the years. Every technician pays so much attention to detail and the gentleman behind the front desk is wonderful to work with. He is very patient and so sweet! I most definitely recommend this location for your auto service needs!
