My vehicle was taken to the shop recently on 5/2/26 for break fluid change. It was reported on this visit that the oil in my vehicle was extremely low. However this same service center performed an oil change on 4/18/26. It stood to reason that they failed to perform the oil change correctly on my previous visit. Thankfully the vehicle motor did not seize. This was my second time at this location and both experiences were great. Jay was SO helpful and even found me a coupon to use for my oil change. He was honest about the recommendations needed for the future and explained everything so well. I will definitely be back!
Xander was excellent took great care of me and that’s why I always keep coming back. Very affordable and great service!
Team did a great job assisting when I arrived, Xander and John came right out and reviewed my overheating concerns while identifying a valve cover gasket issue I was unaware of. Diane worked quickly to schedule my vehicle in the next morning and notified me of needed new tires for safety. This team truly lives customer care as a top priority and they have earned my business for years to come. Thank you for being detailed and putting the customer first.
