Took in my 1991 Grand Marquis for an alignment, they were quick and affordable. Had other shops turn me away.
Aander one of the managers showed the utmost arrogance and disrespect. I took my car to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers at 3603 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL for a simple oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. Before the service, my vehicle had no warning lights on, which was confirmed by their own diagnostic scanner. After the oil change, my car immediately showed an “Oil Level Exceeded” warning, followed by the Check Engine and Throttle lights turning on. Mike and Crew are friendly and efficient. I dropped my car off for a known issue and they went above and beyond to not only repair the initial problem but also fixed an underlying issue to make sure I was mobile again. I will definitely be coming back to them for all my auto needs. Great job fellas! Keep up the good , honest work!
