I had a flat tire and stopped by Tire Choice for help—James assisted me, and the entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. He was incredibly well-informed, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. I really appreciated how seamless the experience was, especially during a stressful situation. Edit:This used to be 5 stars but I've amended my review for the following reasons: First time I came here, it was to have them do 4 new tire installs. Besides the fact that I had to reschedule because they couldn't find my appt. (A common thing with Amazon ordered tires/installation so no stars lost), they ended up cross threading one of the lugnuts so when I went to do a tire rotation, I couldn't get one of the wheels off.
