I called to book an appointment - call was answered by some foreign call center in China or ??? I had purchased a full set of tires there previously so the gal had all of my information. She said it would be $49.95 for the oil change and it includes free tire rotation. I went to the location and the guy there said it would be $117+. I told him what the gal quoted me and he became standoffish and said that "they get this all the time and those people answering the phone don't know anything about cars". I recently moved to the area, have been here three times, am someone who has been around cars/that kind of business the majority of my life, and have to say that this place is excellent. Fast, thorough, experienced, and willing to go above and beyond. The manager at the front desk has always been extremely kind and thoughtful, saved me a lot of money, not beaten around the bush, and otherwise concise with what he explains. I'll be using them again, and feel good about recommending them the same after my last trip.
