Being a newly minted business owner myself, I understand the value of great customer service. Alex delivers in spades. His experience and knowledge is only matched by the care he puts into each transaction I have with him. It is great to know that there are still professionals out there that take pride in their work. Especially in a service industry like automotive care. I know that I am always in good hands and at a fair price. Tire Choice is my choice because of this!
It was the worse day ever for my tires to go bad/flat! I was pressed for time but as promised I got a good deal, great service in a timely manner!
Stars for work on truck. 3 stars for customer service. Spouse took his truck and had some issues, discussed in person with mgt on duty, was mitigated fairly.
THE GO TO SPOT for all your car needs. If you have ANY problems with your car, Tires Choice at 4601 Hypoluxo Rd is the place to go. The store manager Alex has over 20 years of experience so you know your car is in good hands. I had a hole in my front tire and Alex had his guys fix it right away, it wasn't even a 10 minute wait!!!!! I've been going to them for almost 10 years, and these guys never fail to amase me with the magic they do on my car. Thank you Alex !!!!
