Terrible. Needed a tire repaired 1 inch from the sidewall tread. Made an appointment and was made to wait 2 hours before the manager told me they couldn't repair it and I could buy a new tire from them. When asked why it took 2 hours to relay this information to me, he turned around and walked away. I told them the conventional wisdom to repair a hole more than 1/2" from the sidewall tread and asked again why it took 2 hours to tell me they would not (not could not) repair the tire, he again just turned around and walked awa... read more
