Pulled in at 6:30pm for a tire repair and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They closed at 7:00pm and stayed far past closing time to take care of the tires.
Tire failed during travel. 2 tires installed quickly and we were back on the road in no time.
All good except for one thing. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. After the service was completed all my radio station presets were deleted and my custom settings for the dash/cluster display were set back to defaults. It appears (to me) the techician did some sort of reset or disconnected the battery which is not necessary for an oil change.
