Run don't walk from this sorry excuse for a repair store. Wanted to charge me $433 just to change an oil sensor which I found another store who did it for $130. Had to do my alignment twice. Told me they didn't have the modern equipment like the dealerships have. Would NEVER recommend this place ever!!!! Less then 1 star rating.

Have been to this location a few times for various repairs. They are honest and courteous and reliable. Being a single senior citizen it’s important to be able to know you can trust mechanics and these guys are really good.

Wow. I drove in with a hanging splash guard under the front bumper and asked the owner to remove if broken or reattach. 45 minutes later he gave me the keys back and told me Anthony had to remove it. I asked for the bill expecting at least $50.00 and he told me NO CHARGE, just take care of Anthony. I gladly gave him $20 and will request an oil change next week. Took my mother's car in because I had just been out on some gravel roads and was having some engine vibration in reverse. Ethan, their manager, told me I needed 4 motor mounts and the cost would be between $1200 and $2000. I doubted this and took the car to an actual mechanic - not one who learned to change oil during a 15 minute computer training. Mechanic tells me there is a rock stuck between the center engine mount and the car. $80 bucks and it's fixed. Monro tried to rip off a senior citizen. Here we are in the mids... read more

Caught Rick trying to cover up and trick me to pay for a part not needed on my jeep. My GPS and his messages with other evidence being submitted for possible criminal charges with litigation. BBB already notified with Attorney Generals Office next with a trip to DAs office to talk to a prosecutor. NY Headquarters also informed and provided with my Notice of Intent to file suit. If you used them and had more then one part replaced for an issue, I'd question what you paid for.

The Goodyear Eagle tires I purchased only lasted 16000 miles.. they had a 60K rating.. Three out of four had bubbles and splits on the sidewalls. I had to pay another $365 to replace all four tires since it was advised to not replace only 3 of the 4. The manager told me it was common. Why did my Michelin tires last 60000 + without any issues???
