I’ve been going to this place for almost 7 years with two cars. Since management changed, the customer service is lacking. I feel like I’m negotiating for purchasing a home when I get a price and have to pushback before getting a real price that’s comparable to other shops. I’m rethinking my loyalty there.
Outstanding experience with Excellent communication & follow through. Far superior to the dealership that we used in the past!!
Overall great experience. I worked with the store manager to order tires under their price match policy. The tires arrived earlier than I expected and were installed the day they arrived. I have a Mercedes AMG SUV that requires larger that average tires (22 inch wheels) and the technician too great care to ensure no damage was done to the rims during the mounting process. I highly recommend visiting Tire Choice when you need new tires.
Both employees were knowledgeable and courteous and handled my situation quickly
Excellent service as always.
