Awesome every visit there. Fast, easy, uncomplicated, efficient, and I do not get talked in to a bunch of unnecessary additional expenses.
Went in for a battery replacement. Got greeted by a very nice gentleman that instructed me to park the vehicle by one of the empty bays in the shop. I pulled into one of the empty bays and was greeted by a very rude mechanic (Donald) asking me who I was, whether I worked there and why I pulled by car into the shop. Later I understood that I misinterpreted the front desk associate (he wanted me to park by an open bay - but outside of the shop (entrance) vs. pulling it in.
