This is second time to visit this place for installation of tires. The front guy is always kind and knowledgeable of the service. And they installed my tires correctly. It was great pleasure to be with them.

I had 4 tires replaced. Brought the car in 5/18 around 9:30 and said we would leave it. The manager promised he would call when the car was ready, which turned out to be untrue. We went back just before closing and settled up ignoring his attitude. Today, I noticed one of the tires was flat due to a screw in it. Went to take the tire off and got all of the lug nuts off except one. Apparently, the "tech" put a 20 mm nut on one of the lugs, 1 out of 5. How does this happen?
