I brought my mother-in-law (Teresa K) car to Tire Choice to have all four tires replaced. The tires were installed in one day, so initially everything seemed fine. The very next day, she discovered that the engine oil filler cap had been removed during the service and left sitting on the windshield. I had my brakes repaired here and had a great experience. The mechanic was professional, honest, and completed the work quickly. My car is braking smoothly now, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair.
I’ve been going to this place for almost 7 years with two cars. Since management changed, the customer service is lacking. I feel like I’m negotiating for purchasing a home when I get a price and have to pushback before getting a real price that’s comparable to other shops. I’m rethinking my loyalty there.
Outstanding experience with Excellent communication & follow through. Far superior to the dealership that we used in the past!!
