Very poor customer service. I bought 3 brand new tires for over $1,500.00 and paid extra for an alignment in November 2024. The alignment wasn’t done properly and a new tire wore out on the inner edge in 4 months. The manager never called me to give a quote on the replacement. I showed up to pick up the tire and they charged me $570.00. Plus I had to go back to the dealership to pay for a new alignment. Got in for my 9:00 AM appointment to install 2 rear tires that got shipped from Tire Rack to my 2000 Honda S2000. They told me it would be a couple of hours. By the time it was 4 hours I was getting a little inpatient and ask what was the delay. It's only 2 tires. And at the same time a person that came after myself and another customer after me was getting his vehicle first for tires as well. Then they said they were working on it right now. The people who work here are great, the company they work for is not, I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived, there was no personnel to fulfill the scheduled time. When I called the company, customer service was located in another state and were completely oblivious to work availability At my location. It is extremely inefficient and a waste of The customer’s time As well as a burden on the local Employees. This company is being run to the ground.
