I'm honestly still shocked by the way the manager(Giovanni) handled and talk to customers. It was though I was bothering him asking a question. If it wasn't for the technician (Stewart) I wouldve left and gone elsewhere. Giovanni's tone was nasty and unwelcoming. There has to be a change especially when good employees such as Stewart are working under someone so nasty. Shout out to the Stewart who assisted me.
Giovanni was very friendly and professional explaining the required works my car needed. I felt I was in good hands with Giovanni.
