I had some work done and the work needed some adjustments So I brought it back in. The mechanics were incredibly polite and fix the problem right away, but the manager that was upfront and working on the morning of Tuesday, November 4, a middle-aged, white male with glasses, was one of the most rudest, disrespectful, arrogant, self-absorbed persons I’ve ever interacted with.
