Ordered tires and mounting from Amazon. Tires were delivered here and Amazon scheduled appointment. Since the tires came early, I was able to reschedule for a different date and time.
Great guys, they go above and beyond! Excellent customer service and great work!
Things were okay, until about 9:25. My part came in and then was informed, “Oops”, the parts warehouse sent the wrong part, and the the manager retracted and said he ordered the wrong part. I got no, I am sorry. I had to wait at the shop, and additional 2 hours. When the work was completed, I kindly asked if I could get a little compensation for making me wait. The manager got mad, and basically told me to finish signing, and leave. It was not a pleasant experience.
