John is the BEST! He’s so welcoming in the store and takes care of everything so quickly. Seems like the kind of guy who gets along with anyone. Been coming to this place for years, and John is awesome!!
Warning- terrible customer service- waited about 1-1/2 for two tires to be replaced, someone came after me and was served first- quote two different prices, finally paid the lower of the two- ask to replace a donut tire and referred me to call around to a junk yard to find one. Always felt like they were doing me a favor just me buying tires. Went to Discount Tire and the had no problem helping me with a smile no less. It’s no surprise that the tire shop next to there’s was very busy and there’s was not. Will never recommend... read more
