I took my vehicle in for a brake service in May. I had a groupon that expired June 1st. They were unable to complete the service on my vehicle and would have to come back, I was told that I would still be able to use the groupon after it expired. When I took my vehicle in for service, I told the tech I was using a groupon, and he said ok. After the service was complete I had to spend over $400.00 dollars that I did not plan or have to spend for a service I had already paid for.
We came in same day, had our tire changed and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Thank you, Keith!
Stopped by for what looked like a screw in drivers side rear tire so was looking to get it patched from the inside as is standard procedure. Before they just did that, they came out to parking lot, tested for air leak with soapy water and nothing...used a pair a pliers to pull out the screw which was barely 1/2 cm long and all done, no charge. Tested again and no leak. It's that kind of service that will bring me back again.
