DO NOT GO HERE! I went here for a routine oil change and tire rotation and when my vehicle was returned to me (about an hour and a half later) I had a HUGE dent on the front passenger side. This dent was NOT there when I dropped it off!!! The store manager denied they had anything to do with the property damage and now I'm left with a massive eye sore on my vehicle. I have been going to Tire Choice for over 6 years and have never had a problem but this situation has dramatically affected how I view this company. If you care ... read more
They destroyed my brakes, then when I called after I got home they said "just drive until the burning smell and heat go away". My new brakes failed going 70 mph. After admitting that they were responsible, the corporate office changed the tune to be lies and cover-ups. These people were negligent, then lied on top of it. I had to have my brakes redone again, and pay again. So $900 later, and almost being killed, they will not answer the phone or make this right. Crooked, negligent and uncaring.
