Dropped by the Kingsport location this morning around 8:45 with something in my tire. I explained to the guy there that I really needed to be at work by 9:30. He did he couldn't make promises but he sure try. He was there by himself and would need to answer the phone, etc. He got right to it and and hit fixed within 30 min! I really appreciate the fast/ good work! Very nice guy!
I must say the employees are nice and very fair especially an employee named Skyler. I highly recommend the Bloomington Tire Barn.
Horrible, awful customer service. We walked in and I complimented the black gal on her nails. I previously had experience with her a couple years ago that was the same as today and hoped entering with an extra sweet demeanor and compliment would go well. My wife and I went to Tire Barn in Camby, Indiana with a coupon for a rebate on tires. My 2011 Ford Taurus and my 2003 Dodge Ram both needed new tires. Naturally the coupon was for only high end tires and the tires for my vehicles were not included in the list. Chris worked with us for some time trying to find tires for my vehicles that would qualify for the rebate. We finally decided to go with the same tires we had and arranged to have them installed. I purchased new tires from the Warsaw Tire barn several months ago. I called the location repeatedly today due to a screw in my tire. Hours of operation are listed online and at the store as 7:30 AM to 7 PM. At 6:30pm no one is at the store or answering the phone. So much for a warranty to fix my tire! No sign on the door saying they closed early or are closed due to COVID. Frustrating. Will not do business here again after paying more than $600 for my tires and the warranty.
I take my car to the Michigan Rd store for all my services tires, rims, brakes .. Michael is quit knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. He will give you the best possible deals and if it does not need to be fixed he is honest about that. I have observed his customer service a number of times and he served well. I dig him!
