Extremely disappointed in our experience at the tipsy trout. We were enjoying a nice meal and were in the process of paying when this the gray haired “possibly” manager approached and demanded the table from us as we were in the process of paying not once, not twice, but three separate times. We had spent good money and taken care of our waitress well but this sad man unfortunately ruined the whole experience for us. Please reconsider your staffing moving forward.
I appreciate that you have a plant based burger, but it needs to be vegan and labeled vegan. All I want is to be able to point at the menu and order—not talk about it. But the server did not even know what the word vegan meant. And I’m pretty sure neither does the kitchen. We said the word vegan several times, and the burger came out with mayonnaise on it. Amazing time by the river! Our waitress Mia was the best! Would 100% recommend.
Polynisian or Hawaii looking waitress long black hair and crocs on the outside patio was SOOO incredibly rude. Bad Attitude !! Made the other wise pleasant experience terrible … slow service , not attentive and TERRIBLE attitude . If you hate life maybe don’t be a server .
The food is good, however not worth it. We asked to be seated so we could watch the game and our host said he couldn’t guarantee anything. We then were sat too far to really be able to see the game even though there were plenty of tables available with good views. We were watching it on a phone and we were rudely told to turn it off speaker phone while others around us had their phones on speaker and had nothing said to them.
