The experience with Tipsy cookie was beyond frustrating. I ordered cookies months ago and waited far longer than reasonable for delivery — with no explanation, no updates, and no apology. When they finally arrived, many of them were broken, and the ones that were intact didn’t taste fresh or particularly good. For the steep price I paid, I expected something far better in both quality and service. Unfortunately, these cookies were not worth the wait, the cost, or the hype.
I will never order from them again. Participated in a fundraiser 5 (3/30/24) weeks ago and kept inquiring about my order. I was told 2 weeks ago they were scheduled to be shipped on April 28. They lied! I received the tracking number today 5/7/24. As much as these cookies cost, they should send them by UPS, but they are sending them via USPS. Which mean they might not even be fresh when I get them.
I Ordered 4 different kinds of cookies as part of a fundraiser. I would never order cookies from this company again and would never recommend them to anybody . My experience was so disappointing. It took almost seven weeks to get my order. The company never even sent an email stating that the shipment was delayed or it would come in multiple shipments. Ordered a few dozen for a small gathering, they were a hit. I will definitely have a few dozen for Christmas Eve gathering. You will be the talk of holiday desserts with The Tipsy Cookie. Invite me if you order, I will definitely come
I ordered the spiked lemonade cookies. The cookie did not have any lemon flavor to it. It tasted like a sugar cookie with no flavor.
