We went on Sunday early afternoon for a quick lunch on the way home from the beach and it has great vibe for pub and very kids friendly. They run out some of the food but pretzel bun sandwich is a hit. But the food portion is not big so we ordered second plate. We enjoyed the big TV with Braves is playing and kids went outside playing. I think it will be very nice in the evening when the weather is not too hot.
Stopped in here to have a few beers, but had no idea that I would end having one of (if not the best) smash burgers I have EVER had!!! If you’re in the Montgomery area and you don’t do anything else, stop by The Tipping Point and get a TP smash burger, it is perfection!! Rough experience at The Tipping Point last night. Arrived with a party of 5 at 8pm on a Friday night. There were tons of people and the tables outside were full but we snagged a table inside. Then the problems started. While there were seemingly a ton of wait staff, only one seemed to be actively waiting on anyone, so it took us about 15 minutes for the server to place our order. My husband and l just left tipping, the experience there was horrible. We sat at the bar outside, the bartender took our order and later served our drinks. After that he ignored us and didn’t bother to come back to take our order to eat. Also, while sitting at the bar, a couple was allowed to take their dog bowl and sit it on the bar while others were eating. We immediately paid and left. We want be going back, if this how they are going to treat us like this.
