Had my windows tinted one week ago and bubbles still have not gone away as they said they should. I attempted to contact them for a refund or have it redone and they havent been there since 5 days ago. Not answering there phone and mailbox full. Recent change of ownership.
Scheduled to get my windows tinted even called to confirm date and place. Show up on time on one here. Called three times for him to finally pick up on the last call. 25 mins later still no show. Unprofessional and obviously not motivated to make money.
I had an appointment at 11am which I scheduled a week in advance, nobody showed up! The shop opens before my appointment too, I wait for 30 minutes for someone to show up and I called 3x and nobody answered. I go inside to talk to someone who could possibly help me and they told me this has happened to a few people and they haven’t seen the workers for a week. What kind of business is this? Can’t even leave a voice message because the box is full. Not on time, not professional.
