I wish I could give zero stars to The Tint Hub in Roseville. The owner is extremely disrespectful, and I have no idea how this place has 5-star reviews. I called ahead and spoke with them about getting tint for my windshield and the two driver-side windows. They gave me a quote, so I made an appointment. Worst customer service ever.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Tint hub in Roseville. From the moment I walked in, customer service was non-existent. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, barely acknowledging my presence. The service itself was subpar—despite promises of high-quality work, the tinting was poorly done with noticeable bubbles and uneven edges. I'm sitting here currently getting my 4th vehicle tinted, and i have had ZERO complaints. I will not use any other tint shops-and i live over a half hour away! Pricing is 10/10 Quality 10/10 Speed 10/10 Friendliness 15/10 They schedule appointments with such convenient times and get the work done so fast. Each vehicle i have brought to them, i usually sit in the waiting room, and i get out of here quick and happy! Definitely one of the best shops around!
