I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience. My vehicle was brought in for a simple tint removal and re-tint, and I was originally quoted a completion time of 2–3 hours. Instead, the process took approximately 6 hours, which left me stuck in Santa Maria. During this time, the lack of urgency and professionalism was noticeable. Additionally, my vehicle’s battery was drained due to the doors being left open for an extended period. No apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered upon completion.
