Update 5/14/26: I am now receiving aggressive unprompted messages from this business that are unprofessional at best. I've had to blocked them from sending me rude messages blaming me for them cancelling my orders. No resolution has been provided. Just a lot of empty promises for better service and consistent communication. I do not feel any better about doing business with this time waste of a shop.
