After being fired from Timken back in October of 2024, I reapplied for a different job than what I had at their Iron Station NC location. Michael Leftwich the he/him "employee relations manager" called me to tell me I'm not eligible for rehire. Which is fine, I was just wanting to see what would happen. You're better off quiting than getting fired, because their "anti retaliation policy" ONLY works for the employeed.
