I always go here to get my cuckoo clock cleaned. It is so great to be able to get it done locally and not have to drive to Toronto for cleanings & repairs. They are very friendly and have been here 40 years!
Sir, it is time for you to lay down your tools and take down your sign! Seriously, for you to remove parts from a clock and then hand it back to the customer, wrecked, is terrible. Please lay down your tools, now, before you destroy any more clocks for the customers.
Called this shop to inquire if he could fix the box in order for the hour hand on our wooden wall clock to work... it was loose as the nub was stripped? When I explained the simple issue he said I couldn't send a picture, that I had to bring it in. Would be $55 repair. As we walked through the door he said "sorry, I can't fix that". Why he couldn't tell me that over the phone viewing a picture is beyond me. Anyway, we bought a $12 box kit from amazon and VOILA IT WORKED!!! Took a casio watch in to have battery changed and was told needed,2 batteries great lets do it,would not set it to correct time for $24 did it myself from utube in one minute, This is the level of service you can expect and the gentleman working there needs to learn the word service as they could have done same thing,
