I’m surprised and a bit jealous that so many other people got great service when this place held my watch hostage and I never got it back. I originally brought it in thinking it needed a new battery, and they informed me the hands needed to be fixed as well so they needed to send it away to Toronto for repair. I figured that was fine, and asked if I could also get a quote for replating the band since the colour was wearing off.
