Lived here for 4 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about the units, property, and management! Highly recommend for anyone needing a townhouse/apartment.
Having flipped a new 3 BR, 2.5 BA townhouse we weren't just going to settle for any rental, and toured new properties in Allenstown, Bedford, Merrimack, and Salem. Plus we were familiar with 875 Elm and the Residences at Riverwalk. This property, two months in, has worked great for us. Having a full basement for storage is great, and 3 BR rentals are a relative rarity in NH. Plenty of parking, don't hear the neighbors.
My husband and I moved in at the beginning of Sep and so far we LOVE IT!!! All of the neighbors we have met are very welcoming. Paige, Gail, and maintenance are so professional and super friendly. We have had such an amazing experience with this property so far!
Moved here recently and absolutely love it so far. Night and day difference between The Timbers and the previous apartment complex I was at in Londonderry. These are townhouse style units with dedicated parking spots and huge basements which are nice for storage. My unit was brand new and beautiful. All of the staff members from Socha I have interacted with so far have been professional and very friendly.
