This shop carries very big varieties of tiles and displays everything very well. You can always find something for your tile needs. Ms. Kathleen Nguyen was our design consultant. She’s really tentative and knows about their products very well. And she’s very patient with us. Thank you, Kathleen!
Katie, the assistant manager, was very helpful! She made the decision making process easier, as we had many options to choose from. She took her time explaining each item we looked at, as well as the process of putting flooring/tile in. She was very patient and sweet.
Peter Cambridge needs more training. I bought marble poultice on Thursday. Today I went to the store to return this and he claims we broke the seal and won’t give me a refund. There was no seal anyway but he insisted there was a seal. I left and went to another the tile shop and lo and behold every single container had no seal. Please train your employee properly. I drove to your store for no reason.
Kathleen helped us with our bathroom project and she was amazing! We had a great experience from beginning to end. Will definitely come back for our upcoming projects.
