Peter Cambridge needs more training. I bought marble poultice on Thursday. Today I went to the store to return this and he claims we broke the seal and won’t give me a refund. There was no seal anyway but he insisted there was a seal. I left and went to another the tile shop and lo and behold every single container had no seal. Please train your employee properly. I drove to your store for no reason.
Kathleen helped us with our bathroom project and she was amazing! We had a great experience from beginning to end. Will definitely come back for our upcoming projects.
