Lots of variety, but none of the workers said a word to me and only 1 other customer was in the store
i.eBeautiful showroom and I'm sure beautiful tiles if you pick right. IUnfortunately I had a bad experience. 1. Grout: Asked Asst Manager advice on what grout to use and with great authority since he used to tile, told me a grout color so I had my contractor get it and it is WAY too light. Not at all the color in the sample he showed me. Thankfully my contractor has some stain he can use to make it darker. 2. Our 'tile guy' at the Tile Shop, Danny Tang, has been so excellent in his help and knowledge. Couldn't have asked for a better experience...have purchased two bathrooms worth of tile and travertine here, excellent!

I have used this company for every floor need in my new home and I am a contractor so I know quality merchandise. The Tile Shop, has excellent customer service, my customers even appreciate the time they take to service them with great prices. thank you all for job well done.
See comments below.. I have purchased a large amount of product there. However they are not very friendly and once you have purchased they are pretty aloof unless they expect another purchase. Also we had purchase some granite and I am sure they sold our order then we had to wait quite a while (several weeks) for a new shipment
