We were floundering in our main and hall bathroom design. How does this wall tile go with that floor tile? Is this even floor tile?? At The Tile Shop we met Tim. He took what we liked and produced more than a few options. Tile we passed over suddenly made sense. He made the whole process seem easy. It was like magic! We've decided he should be called the "Tile Shaman"! He listens to the customer, knows his inventory, has patience, and a great eye.
We were looking for larger format shower tile and found a 19x39 that we loved. The staff here is eager to help and we asked for assistance locating a large-format tile for the floor. The sales rep found us a 31x31 option and we went with it. When the order was delivered, the 31x31 was actually 12x12 because this specific tile was measured in centimeters. Great selection and knowledgeable staff.
We just shopped for tile to remodel our bathroom and kitchen at the Sterling store. The staff, under Shahin Asgari have been excellent. We worked with Shahin, Tim, and Sonya and each one provided great suggestions and were very patient as we struggled with making selections from the many choices. They gave advice on materials and the look we were trying to achieve. They allowed us to take a variety of samples over a period of weeks to match with cabinets and countertops. Highly recommended.
