Great selection and knowledgeable staff.
We just shopped for tile to remodel our bathroom and kitchen at the Sterling store. The staff, under Shahin Asgari have been excellent. We worked with Shahin, Tim, and Sonya and each one provided great suggestions and were very patient as we struggled with making selections from the many choices. They gave advice on materials and the look we were trying to achieve. They allowed us to take a variety of samples over a period of weeks to match with cabinets and countertops. Highly recommended.
We recently worked with Sarah at The Tile Shop in Sterling and cannot say enough good things about our experience. From choosing the tile, to connecting with the contractor, Sarah was instrumental in helping us have a very positive outcome. She was a pleasure to work with in choosing tile - she was very patient, a good listener, and had a very good eye for style. I came to this shop to pick tile for a bathroom remodel. There is no oversight to see that your product comes in like the sample you pick. Our tile came in without the color in veining as the sample. I didn’t realize this until the remodelers were about to start the work. My husband returned the tile to the shop. Not his job! I had to pick something else out very quickly.Also, one of the corner shelves that came was completely different than the other. I just should have gotten my money back. Reasonable selections and prices. I recommend making for Sarah. Very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions that my designer and I hadn't even considered.
