I have had a wonderful experience planning the renovation of our home with Sal from the Tile Shop in Columbia, MD. The guys in the warehouse as well that have loaded things for me have been extremely nice and accommodating with everything I have needed... Sale goes above and beyond and I can't say enough nice things about him! If he isn't a manager already he totally should be in my opinion. I have had such an amazing experience at this store. The customer service is outstanding and Sal the Manager has helped me choosing all my tiles for the bathroom renovation I did. Stuff is extremely knowledgeable and patient -My experience was so good that I returned a year after to buy the tiles (and get all their expert advise!) for my second bathroom. Super recommended!
