I went to 2 other tile places and got no help. Then I went into the tile shop in Innsbrook and met Chris Delany. He set me up with a trade account , and quickly found a solution for my client. I will be back for bigger projects.

I had a fantastic experience at the tile shop recently. Not only were they less expensive than other places for the tile I wanted, but Marisa went way above and beyond to help me get the tile I needed on a severe time crunch. She quickly helped me research other locations where I could get what I needed and even called those locations to verify the items I needed were there so that I didn’t drive all the way there for nothing. A+ customer service!

I've used every tile vendor in town quite a bit and the tile shop has become on of my preferred vendors. I've used them a number of times over the years and done 4 or 5 more projects with them recently. Everything has been simple enough and everyone has been helpful. A few of my recent projects have been somewhat problematic (on my end) and they have rolled with the punches and helped keep me in action. The Tile Shop has been wonderful to work with. Paulina helped design our bathroom and is very knowledgeable.
