The best customer service I ever had at a tile shop. Ask for Carmen and John and they will help you with everything you need for your home with the awesome and friendly smile. Always ready to help and they will call you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. The also inspect every tile box to make sure that there is no damage tile before giving to the customer. I would recommend the store to anyone who is looking for new flooring or need tiles for your existing flooring

Carmen at The Tile Shop in Round Rock is wonderful and so willing to help you choose the perfect tile! She is very patient, especially with someone like me, that is indecisive. Our Sales Rep Carmen was wonderful to work with while we were planning our kitchen and bathroom remodel. She was really helpful with ideas and designs while we made our tough decisions. We love the quality and look of our tile and flooring, what a difference! Most importantly, she was always so nice and professional each time we spoke.
