Carmen at The Tile Shop in Round Rock is wonderful and so willing to help you choose the perfect tile! She is very patient, especially with someone like me, that is indecisive. She is very customer service focused, which is a nice change after the struggles I have had with an installer that fails to see that I am the customer and fails to own his mistakes. Our Sales Rep Carmen was wonderful to work with while we were planning our kitchen and bathroom remodel. She was really helpful with ideas and designs while we made our tough decisions. We love the quality and look of our tile and flooring, what a difference! Most importantly, she was always so nice and professional each time we spoke. She will be the first person I call ok future projects!!
Carmen is knowledgeable, honest and has integrity not a term I use easily. I came away with the materials that would make for a fantastic new bathroom. Absolutely horrible experience. I spent hours with the manager giving measurements for my entire house which would be tiled. I chose the tile and she gave me pricing. One of my tiles needed to be split into 3 shipments coming from different warehouses. She explained that her regular warehouse only had about half the tile that I needed, and the rest coming from the other two warehouses would arrive a “few days later”. This is a tremendous store with a great selection of products. If you're looking for something--they probably have it. Customer service is spot on as well.
