We had an outstanding experience at The Tile Shop! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We went to Floor and Decor, absolutely no customer service ,and then went to Tile Shop spoke with Kailyn . She helped us so much with patience and spent valuable time. Love to shop again at Tile shop just for their customer service.
Only went there because my customer bought there tile from there. That's all I really what to say. But I would never go there myself to purchase any materials from there.
I came into The Tile Shop with only a couple of inspo pics and absolutely no direction, until Kaylin came in and saved the day. She set up a visual board to help me see my vision, showed me grout colors, and found me the most incredible backsplash and shower tiles! She is so friendly, super knowledgeable and is legitimately one of the best sales people I've ever encountered. I came in feeling stressed and left feeling confident and excited about my project. I can't recommend Kaylin enough!
