Edit- Super professional response from The Tile Shop taking ownership with an apology goes a long way. In the hopes that their promise to avoid this type of unfortunate situation in the future is true, I will remove this Buyer Beware review soon. Don't order a sample online from this place, or they will hound you to the ends of the earth. I had a wonderful experience at TTS. I worked directly with the store manager, who helped me pull samples and use the virtual tool to visualize the options around a fireplace. She then helped me order all the supplies needed for my job and helped me pick things that would be quick ship and work with our timeline. I had previously left a review on the hours, as I showed up within the hours listed on the door and website and it was closed.
