Buyer Beware! Inept customer service which delayed our project significantly. The product we ordered was good. The experience was not. From the initial entry to the store you feel pressure... are told of tile "tariffs" that are raising prices by the day and overall trying to push you into a decision. Then, when ordering you request a certain square footage and their system does not calculate it correctly. They tell you that your order will be in on a certain day but don't call to confirm. Tile Shop Corbins Corner West Hartford 5 stars!!! We arrived late in the afternoon (an hour before closing) and Rhonda was wonderful to work with. She located the 5 tiles we were interested in and helped us to make a decision that really fits our needs. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful - a pleasure to work with!

Rhonda is the most fabulous sales woman. She helped my mother find very specific tiles to complete her bathroom project. Her effervescent personality and can do attitude helped solve all my problems and she felt at ease. I could not recommend her enough!
