Z is honestly the best sales associate at this location. I’ve placed numerous order with her and she honestly goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I recently had an order of discontinued tile she tracked down in New Mexico and could have it here within 4-5 days. Every experience I’ve had with her has been nothing less than amazing. I shopped around quite a bit and found The Tile Shop in Lombard had the widest selection, and competitive prices paired with excellent service. Kris B, assistant manager, helped me with selection and supply throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable and competent. He gave me great pricing and later when we needed more of a certain tile, he helped me locate and reserve what we needed. Great selection and immensely helpful with picking our tile. So easy to work with and loved that we ordered more than we needed for our bathroom and they accept returns.
