Kris was super helpful when I was planning my kitchen remodel! I described what I was looking for and he found me the perfect options and my kitchen came out exactly as I had envisioned! He made sure I had all the supplies I needed and the product arrived quickly. I was so pleased with my experience I of course went back to Kris this week and he helped me once again with a bath remodel I am now working on. So many great tile options here and excellent customer service from people who are experienced, I highly recommend!
Kris’ customer service is amazing! He is not only an expert, but he also cares. Truly a great business partner to us!!
Working with ZiYonna better known as Z was awesome. Her bubbly attitude and knowledge helped us pick out our tile for our project.
Kris in the Lombard store was extremely helpful. Your excellent salespeople are the real difference between you and your competitors. Keep up the great work.
After 4 weeks of going to different tile shops and trying to pick a tile on my own I was able to finish my vision with help of Kathy Wells. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. I wish I went to tile shop sooner. I found they have higher quality tile then any other stores
