I received the wrong sample and called the the Scarsdale store . The guy that picked up the phone told me to drive in to return a 1/6 size sample in order to get a refund of $2.99 which I ordered from the Internet. I told him that I don't have a car and I had gotten this from their website and the tile is 1/6 size of a full tile. His attitude was horrible and he said his manager Chi would tell me the same thing and he refused to give me his name.
