RecommendedRenee and Rob were awesome. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us great information, advice, and suggestions without being the least bit pushy or "salesy". I wish there was a store in New Hampshire where we live, and that they worked there.
Disorganized and inefficient. An hour and 3 phone calls to find out if a tile order came in. Know one knows... apart from the manager who is in training. Hopefully customer service.
