So many selections. The display room is amazing. Even better than the products was the sales staff. Jamie is wonderful. She asked questions, listened, and then provided her guidance. She is a true professional and so great to work with.
Bought a 35 sample and then they do not return as outside of window. Projects take longer and had my purchase history. Do not buy from them for a big project as they will not take care of you.
I went to The tile shop with an idea that my customer wanted for their bathroom. Carrera tile on the floors a smaller tile on the walls and even a little smaller tile in the bathroom tub walls. Carmen help me within minutes of what I needed. The main thing I appreciate is they didn't waste my time. Carmen knew exactly what I was looking for. And more importantly how to lay it out. I greatly appreciate that.
