I went in to find some tile for a small project. I took some samples with me from the Westminster store and my customer chose the one she wanted. When I went back to the store on Saturday, they were out of the tile she selected. The store found more of the tile at the Lakewood office, so they called the Lakewood store and talked to a person who said he would bring the tile from Lakewood to Westminster the following day. Wouldn't recommend this place. Placed an order for our bathroom. Was going to do our kitchen with them. Not now. Customer service and sense of urgency is non existent. It was like I was doing them a favor for shopping there. Spend your $ elsewhere!
